Information: Planet Attalea was one of the first colonies built after the arrival of the USO to the Plejades. In that time the technology wasn’t far developed enough to detect the slow reducing of the planets atmosphere. At least this is what the officials are telling in statements. Due to this problem the planets population is also slowly reducing. The research centers of the USO are trying to counter this situation with a similar technology used by the Outcasts but for the feed of life supporting gases only.
