Rating: The issue is easy to solve.
Issue: Even though the initial update was installed, your version of Shadow of Fear is lower than the actual needed one.
Reason: You most likely started Shadow of Fear with the ok Button after the update was done. Unfortunal the updater is not recognizing that a new Update (or several) are allready in place and ready to be downloaded. BBecause of this, the new Update Files wasn’t downloaded. It is issue is present because of the Development stage of Shadow of Fear.
Solution: Simply restart the Game after every update was done once again, so the procedere will work correct. You will recognize that, if no update is done after a new restart, that your version will match the actual one, displayed Bottom right.
