Docking with Playerships is not working for me

Rating: The issue is handling related.

Issue: Problems to dock with Player Ships

Reason: You do not use the proper code. The normal F3 docking does not work for the so called FLHook Commands. Freelancer Hook is a program which is adding several new functions to the Game (“hooked to the Freelancer Game File”). To use it you simply have to type a slash in front of the needed command, so you can execute several new commands in Freelancer.

In this case simply type /d or /dock into the chat channel to dock your buddies Ship. Of course both of you have to be grouped with each other, so it will not be possible to dock even hostile player carriers ;).

Not all Ships are dockable in Shadow of Fear. As a general rule you can keep in mind: “It must be big enough” and as bigger as it is as more docking slots it has.

Solution: type /help into the chat channel to get all additional Shadow of Fear commands
